Pay by QR straight from your modu
Two ways to pay by QR, one shared history. Scan the shop’s code, or let the cashier scan yours: the money comes from the modu and everyone in it sees the payment at once.
You scan the shop’s QR
The code is on a stand at the counter, on the menu or on the terminal screen. Common in cafés, markets, taxis and small shops.

- 2Point the camera at the shop’s code
- 3Check the amount and the rate, confirm
The cashier scans your QR
Your phone shows a one-time payment code, the cashier reads it with a scanner. Fast at supermarkets, pharmacies and chains.

- 2Hold the screen to the cashier’s scanner
- 3Payment done, the modu gets a notification
Shared money, one tap
The treasurer pays for the group right at the counter. No collecting cash afterwards.
Everyone sees it
Merchant, amount and time land in the shared history the second the payment goes through.
Rate before you pay
Paying abroad in local currency? The amount, the rate and any fee are shown before you confirm.
A helper for the first time
For parents trying QR for the first time, a helper can see and confirm the payment.
Safety: the payment code in CPM is one-time and expires in seconds. Never send a screenshot of it to anyone, and never scan a code someone sends you in a chat to “receive” money: QR codes are only for paying.
